Contact Planning
The Planning Department is responsible for administering the land use and development process in accordance with the Town Code and Comprehensive Plan; promoting conditions favorable for the health, safety, and general welfare of the Town of Georgetown.
The department is responsible for:
- Review and issuance of building permits and business licenses
- Project Management for new development, subdivision, annexation, zoning amendment, and conditional use applications
- Coordination of the Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment process.
