2026 Comp Plan 5-Year Review: Draft Future Land Use Map
The Planning Commission of the Town of Georgetown is required by Delaware state law, five years after the adoption of a Comprehensive Plan, to review that plan and make certain updates if necessary. As a part of that state-required 5-year review of the Town's Comprehensive Plan, the Planning Commission has reviewed, and is proposing revisions to, the Town's Future Land Use Map. This DRAFT Map is presently up for consideration by the Planning Commission.
