An application by John Roach Engineering LLC, on behalf of Carpentry Unlimited Inc., for two special exceptions from the Code of the Town of Georgetown: (1) reduction of the off-street parking space requirement 10’ x 20’ to the proposed 10’ x 18’; (2) reduction from the required 25’ interior drive width to the proposed 24’. Identified as Sussex County Tax District 135 Map 19.08 Parcel 73.00 and is zoned Historic District (HD).
