Sergeant Michael Barlow graduated from Sussex Central High School in 1983 and joined the U.S. Navy, serving in the Submarine Force until 1990. He was selected to attend the Delaware State Police Academy and graduated in December of 1990. Sgt. Barlow has served the Town of Georgetown continuously since then, performing duties in patrol, Criminal Investigations Division, and the Emergency Response Team. He is the agency Ordinance Officer and Senior Firearms Instructor. Sgt. Barlow was raised in Georgetown and is proud to still be a member of our community.
