Ralph Holm graduated from
In August of 1990, after the resignation of the Chief of Police, Ralph Holm was promoted to the rank of Corporal and was assigned administrative duties in addition to patrol and investigative duties, acting in the capacity of Officer-in-charge of the Police Department. Ralph Holm was promoted to Chief of Police of Frederica Police Department in 1994. He served as the Chief of Police until October 1999, when he was hired as the Administrative Lieutenant with the Georgetown Police Department.
